30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • It must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused for return or subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Customized or personalized items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all original contents. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some time before your bank or credit card company posts the refund to your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet after the stated processing time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to arrange the exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
